Dark Group are an established technology solutions and service provider who design, build and maintain technology solutions for our customers backed by our 12 years of IT expertise.

Since 1999 we have provided services to companies such as Nokia, Virgin and Microsoft, giving us firm ground to grow and expand. We are dedicated to offering the highest level of customer service in the market, and are proud that our key staff remain unchanged since day one.

We operate our own BGP network and infrastructure under AS44955 from our primary Datacentre within the Kent Science Park, with our network extending to additional facilities in London, Leeds and Hampshire.

Our solutions are always evolving to meet the ever changing need of our customers and we have the ability to respond both quickly and efficiently.

Our History

2012 – acquired Wise, a technology consultancy established in 1991 who offer technical expertise to consumers, business, enterprise & government.

2011 – acquired shared hosting and domain provider SiteHQ, a company established in 2003 with customers throughout the world.

2009 - acquired Firenet, a Northern Ireland ISP and incorporated them into our own broadband division, Fast.co.uk.

2008 – approved by Ofcom as a Public Electronic Communications Services provider allowing us to obtain our own telephone number ranges from them.

2007 - we became members of Ripe, allowing us to build our own IP networks.

2003 - launched Fast.co.uk, who would become a leading UK based broadband provider.

1999 – Dark Group Ltd (formerly Dark Marketing Ltd) is founded as a technology and marketing consultancy.

Strategic Partnerships

	We are proud established members of Nominet UK, the domain name authority for the .uk domain name, giving us voting rights and UK domain name registration services.
	We are a Ripe Local Internet Registry (LIR), which allows us to request IP space and other services directly from Ripe allowing us to build our own IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
	Ofcom have approved us as a Public Electronic Communications Services provider, this means we are able to obtain telphone number allocations directly from them
	We have been granted permission by Phonepay Plus, the premium rate services regulator, to operate live premium rate telephone services.
	We support the Better Payment Practice Campaign, a cooperative of businesses who seek to improve the payment culture amongst UK organisations.
